I didn’t learn this from a textbook.

I lived it.

Two ACL tears. A pile of other injuries (osteitis pubis, ankle ligament issues, shoulder dislocations).

I know the nightmare of being “cleared to play” but still feeling slow, stiff, and unsure.

FAQ's

How long is the program?

Minimum 12 weeks. Many athletes stay 6–12 months until they’re back on the field and performing at a better level than they were pre-injury.

Is this only for post-surgery ACL?

No. We work with ACL, hamstring, groin, quad, ankle, and other lower-limb issues — as long as you’re ready to train and recover like a pro, you’re a good fit for our pathway.

I’ve been cleared by physio. Do I still need this?

That’s for you to decide. “Cleared to return” often leaves athletes behind their teammates in relation to speed, COD, conditioning and capacity. Our pathway focuses on being ready to perform at a higher level than before. We rebuild our athletes’ athleticism and confidence through our multi-disciplinary approach.

Can you work with my physio/club coach?

Yes. We write our recommendations for your rehab & RTP in alignment with your club’s schedule & physio recommendations. We’re happy to liaise with all members of the backroom team, from management to the sports medicine team.

What if I travel or the season gets busy?

Athletes are welcome to pause their program around travel. You won’t be forced into a plan that doesn’t fit the reality of your life circumstances.

How fast will I feel a difference?

Most athletes feel some changes in 3–4 weeks. Bigger performance shifts show up around 8–12 weeks, with full return and transition to match-play depending on the individual's response to their program.

What’s the difference between Premium and Perform+?

Perform+ means direct work with Peter, weekly calls, priority access, and deeper testing/monitoring with a full roadmap.

How do check-ins and video review work?

You send training clips and updates weekly (or more). You get coaching feedback, edits, and progression so you know you’re executing everything correctly and so we know that you’re doing the work necessary to return to the field.

What if I get pain during training?

Pain doesn’t always mean stop. You’ll get clear guidance on what’s normal, what’s not, and how to adjust your program without losing momentum.
