Across ACL, hamstring, groin & chronic lower-limb injuries
Max speed, COD & game-speed capacity rebuilt

You’ve been “cleared”… but your body still doesn’t feel right.
You don’t trust your knee, ankle, or hamstring when you sprint, cut, or decelerate.
Your rehab has stalled - training feels random, reactive, and full of second-guessing.
You can do drills… But when the pace increases, your gaps get exposed.
You’re constantly asking yourself: “Is this normal, or am I about to set myself back?”
You’re not broken.
You’re underprepared for performance.
Athletes who go through our Return to Performance Pathway don’t just “get back playing”.
They come back stronger, faster, and more confident than they were before injury.
Here’s what that looks like in real terms:
This isn’t about rushing timelines.
It’s about restoring the physical qualities and confidence that actually transfer to performance.

I didn’t learn this from a textbook.
I lived it.
Two ACL tears. A pile of other injuries (osteitis pubis, ankle ligament issues, shoulder dislocations).
I know the nightmare of being “cleared to play” but still feeling slow, stiff, and unsure.
So I built the system I wish I had back then — using biomechanics, speed + COD work, performance testing, and real-world coaching with serious athletes.
No fluff. No cookie-cutter plans.
Just a proper return to performance. 💪
Strength, tissue capacity, mobility, and control — rebuilt in the right order, for your injury, your body and your sport.
Acceleration, max velocity, COD, deceleration, and conditioning - trained progressively so it actually transfers to the pitch.
Testing, monitoring, and video review guide every progression.
Your return is based on adaptation and evidence — not arbitrary timelines or gut feelings

Minimum 12 weeks. Many athletes stay 6–12 months until they’re back on the field and performing at a better level than they were pre-injury.
No. We work with ACL, hamstring, groin, quad, ankle, and other lower-limb issues — as long as you’re ready to train and recover like a pro, you’re a good fit for our pathway.
That’s for you to decide. “Cleared to return” often leaves athletes behind their teammates in relation to speed, COD, conditioning and capacity. Our pathway focuses on being ready to perform at a higher level than before. We rebuild our athletes’ athleticism and confidence through our multi-disciplinary approach.
Yes. We write our recommendations for your rehab & RTP in alignment with your club’s schedule & physio recommendations. We’re happy to liaise with all members of the backroom team, from management to the sports medicine team.
Athletes are welcome to pause their program around travel. You won’t be forced into a plan that doesn’t fit the reality of your life circumstances.
Most athletes feel some changes in 3–4 weeks. Bigger performance shifts show up around 8–12 weeks, with full return and transition to match-play depending on the individual's response to their program.
Perform+ means direct work with Peter, weekly calls, priority access, and deeper testing/monitoring with a full roadmap.
You send training clips and updates weekly (or more). You get coaching feedback, edits, and progression so you know you’re executing everything correctly and so we know that you’re doing the work necessary to return to the field.
Pain doesn’t always mean stop. You’ll get clear guidance on what’s normal, what’s not, and how to adjust your program without losing momentum.
